I almost gave a good review, but the room had no slippers and the mattress was sinking were great. I expected complimentary treats, yet I was merely treated like a commoner. Oh, and the staff? Barely friendly, yet surprisingly unhelpful. Absolutely, not worth a return visit.

The hotel was in a marvellous location very close to the very centre of Belgrade, attractions and dining and the city center. The room I booked was stylish and newly remodelled with pictures of other apartment as well as excellent view as expected.

Charming stay in the heart
The beautiful suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and came with a fine view of Knez Mihailova.
While the location is unbeatable, the hotel is tucked in an old building. The entrance and reception are a bit cramped. It's not exactly ideal for those seeking a traditional hotel experience.

The property is clean; recently renovated and huge rooms; comfortable bed. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! This place is in a convenient and best possible location in the pedestrian area of Knez Mihailova Street. Plus, it's in Stari Grad district, near the city center and Belgrade.

missingWrote a review on 12 Octcozy roommodern amenitiessketchy location
The room was cozy with modern amenities like a coffee machine and minibar. Enjoyed the comfort of a warm atmosphere, perfect to unwind after exploring.
Finding the hotel was a struggle since it's tucked away in a sketchy area with hints of unsavory activities. The noise from the reception area was intrusive during the day, and the air conditioning didn't function properly, causing discomfort. There was a frustrating lack of consistent wifi access, leaving us disconnected for multiple days.

Location, in the heart of Belgrade, treatment of the staff, attentive
The access is on a second floor of a building that is accessed by a not very good looking portal. The elevator's a little scary. In the reception of the hotel they are only until 22h, if the flight arrives later it is necessary to call so that they go to open

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the spacious shower that felt like a mini spa and the electric kettle in the room for late-night tea. There’s a peaceful lounge area to unwind and a great rooftop terrace for some fresh air. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the air conditioning, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊
